What You’ll Do:
Identify market opportunities and industry shifts to position Interpath for long-term expansion.
Develop customized laboratory solutions that enhance service quality and drive profitability.
Lead high-value negotiations and secure transformative partnerships with hospital systems, independent physician groups, insurance corporations, IDNs, large employers, and FQHCs.
Leverage emerging healthcare models such as value-based care, population health management, and precision medicine to optimize client operations and drive test volume growth.
Relationship Cultivation & Executive InfluenceEstablish and nurture high-level relationships across the healthcare industry, focusing on decision-makers and influencers in the Pacific Northwest.
Advise C-suite leaders and industry partners on innovative diagnostic strategies that enhance clinical and financial outcomes.
Engage in exclusive industry events, summits, and leadership forums to represent Interpath as a trusted, forward-thinking partner.
Foster strategic collaborations that bring new service models and revenue streams to life.
Industry Leadership & Brand ElevationServe as a recognized thought leader, contributing to influential discussions on laboratory services, healthcare transformation, and cost-effective diagnostic solutions.
Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure Interpath remains a leader in laboratory partnerships.
Represent Interpath at key conferences, advisory boards, and private networking events to expand influence and opportunity.

Proven strategic thinker who can identify inefficiencies, develop innovative solutions, and execute high-impact initiatives.
Dynamic communicator and influencer with the ability to navigate C-suite discussions and close high-stakes deals.
Expertise in value-based care models, reimbursement strategies, and laboratory operations.
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, or executive-level sales.
Extensive network within the clinical and anatomic laboratory industry, with established relationships among healthcare executives.
Strong understanding of laboratory operations, reimbursement models, value-based care, and quality initiatives.
Proven ability to engage in C-suite discussions and drive strategic business outcomes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying inefficiencies and delivering innovative solutions.
Demonstrated success in securing high-value contracts and partnerships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Ability to travel extensively as needed to build and maintain relationships.

General Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to travel frequently, including air and ground transportation.
