Job Summary:
MedSleuth is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage and oversee all aspects of company operations. We are looking for an exceptional leader with a strong ownership mindset to consistently and proactively seek ways to grow the business and improve the ability to operationalize new transplant products and services. The COO will engage at all levels, including working closely with MedSleuth and DaVita leadership and engaging with the transplant community.

Strategic & Operational Leadership
Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, ensuring alignment with company strategy and long-term objectives.
Own and drive day-to-day business operations, overseeing company performance and ensuring operational excellence.
Develop and implement a scalable growth strategy, focusing on market expansion, product innovation, and business development.
Partner with DaVita leadership to leverage corporate resources, drive integration opportunities, and enhance MedSleuth’s industry positioning.
Growth & Business Development
Lead business development (BD) efforts, driving market expansion and identifying new revenue streams.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for launching new transplant-focused products and services.
Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and BD teams to establish strategic partnerships and expand market penetration.
Financial & Performance Optimization
Own and manage the P&L, ensuring financial targets and profitability objectives are met.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize financial performance to drive sustainable growth.
Leverage data-driven insights to improve operational efficiencies, scale the business, and enhance decision-making.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams across operations, product, and business development.
Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and professional development, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
Influence and manage internal and external stakeholders, aligning business goals across multiple teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partnerships, representing MedSleuth in high-impact collaborations.

Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, healthtech, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Experience developing, gaining input for, and executing strategic visions.
Track record of successfully leading business growth, strategic execution, and operational excellence.
Experience working with hospitals, physicians, or transplant networks preferred.
Proven ability to identify and drive business growth opportunities.
Passion for innovation and patient impact.
Travel Requirement: 30%
