One California (https://youtu.be/RrPuiSnALJY?si=pvQgPZ6ZWZM60TPV) **Responsibilities** + Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s vision. + Proven track record of successfully managing hospital operations, improving patient outcomes, and achieving financial targets.​ + Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.​ + Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Collaborate with executives to drive company-wide initiatives and innovation. + Oversee business processes, resource allocation, and work-flow optimization. + Monitor key performance metrics and ensure financial goals are met. + Optimize budgets and drive cost-effectiveness across departments. + Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and senior managers. + Foster a high-performance culture and ensure employee engagement. + Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry compliance standards. + Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company. **Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelors Degree + Masters degree in hospital administration or a closely related field preferred + A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible administrative experience within a major healthcare institution, preferably in an acute care setting. + At least five (5) years of experience in administrative management, demonstrating effective leadership in healthcare operations. + A proven track record of successfully expanding service lines and driving organizational growth. + Progressively responsible administrative experience in a major healthcare institution, preferably in an acute care setting + In-depth knowledge of California healthcare regulations and labor unions, with specific experience in construction and contract management. **Pay Range** $109.55 - $153.37 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
