Job DescriptionTargeted Annual Pay Range: Minimum of $90,000.00 to a maximum of $100,000.00

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages day to day operations of the Southeast, Main or St. Paul Steam Heating Plant.Schedules plant maintenance/outages, including plant walkdowns with potential bidders.Responsible for plant procurement and adherence to Company policies and procedures relating to same.Responsible for approving employee timecards, along with allocating their schedules.Assist with the annual Business and Financial Planning efforts to be presented to Veolia management.Ensure the safe and reliable operation of the steam plants.Work Environment: Primary schedule consists of Monday through Friday daytime hours, with paid holidays. Emergency and special conditions may involve weekends, holidays and unscheduled hours.
QualificationsEducation / Experience / Background
High school graduate or equivalent as a minimum. Bachelor’s or higher baccalaureate degree preferable.Five years of work in a large, high pressure steam heating plant or in high pressure boiler operation. Supervisory experience preferred.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Chief Engineer Grade A stationary engineer’s license, State of Minnesota.Required Certification / Licenses / Training
Current and valid driver’s license.Must successfully complete pre-employment physical after a conditional job offer has been made.
