We are seeking a Chief Product Owner for SAP who will be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap for SAP solutions within International. 

 

This is a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle. 

 

 

Responsibilities Oversee product development, aligning with business goals, and ensuring delivery of high-quality SAP products.Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for SAP solutionsAlign product goals with overall business strategy, promoting innovation and actionable dataDefine and implement standardized processes that promote efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycleIdentify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisionsCreate and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements within key business processes such as Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, and Plan to PerformOversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and post-launch supportWork closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryCommunicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholdersFacilitate discussions to resolve conflict and ensure alignmentUnderstand the customer to ensure exceptional user experiencesDefine and track key performance indicators to measure product successLead and mentor a team of product owners, developers, designers, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovationProvide coaching, support, and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degreeAt least 11 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experienceAt least 6 years of management experience

Master's degreeAt least 9 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experienceAt least 6 years of management experience
