Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management disciplines  Membership of relevant professional institution(s) Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years at a major role of project management team.
