The candidate will be working on high profile projects in the regions. Project leader role of major development in Hong Kong. Excellent client interfacing, leadership and problem-solving skills Construction management experience in large scale new development projects will be advantageous The Opportunity Report to the Director and lead the project teams in Hong Kong Manage the complete project cycle to ensure project execution within budget and time constraints. Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management disciplines Membership of relevant professional institution(s) Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years at a major role of project management team. Candidate with less experience will be considered for position of Senior Project Manager Familiar with project management processes, systems and tools Creative, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and influencing communication skills Strong organisational, analytical and problem solving skills Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels Not ready to apply just yet, or have a few questions?
