SPG Program and Wholesale Businesses are seeking a Chief Sales Officer. This position is a self-motivator with a strong knowledge of insurance, wholesale and retail distribution, and marketing. The position is highly visible within the SPG, HUB, and verticals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with business leaders, gap analysis of distribution capabilities by business, prioritize and align the key priorities, and drive distribution excellenceResponsible for overall sales performance within the Program and Wholesale businesses with third-party distributionResponsible for Identification of Sales Initiatives and Business Development Opportunities throughout Programs and Wholesale businessesTravel to 3rd party distribution offices required 6-8 times per monthResponsible for the distribution strategy for the development of new programs and initiativesComplete sales management situation assessment reviewing items such as accountability, risk-reward objectives, incentive plansResponsible for managing SRM/Cube report activityCube report detailed analysis and summary with business leaders monthly to identify areas for improvementAccountable for conducting sales meetings / ensuring sales meetings are conductedAccountable for implementing all the HUB International sales best practices and other HO Sales InitiativesResponsible for attending the HUB International Sales Leadership MeetingsAccountable to participate in the CSO monthly conference callsResponsible for Recruitment of new production staffResponsible for ensuring sales management teams implement corrective action plans for producers where neededWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Travel is required up to 50%Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $275,000 - $325,000 USD annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
