Responsibilities:
Architect and drive the implementation of a visionary, long-term strategic roadmap for NGA's Transport and Cybersecurity services, ensuring seamless alignment with evolving mission objectives, future technology landscapes, and global security trends.
Spearhead the identification, rigorous evaluation, and strategic integration of cutting-edge technologies, innovative methodologies, and potential vendor partnerships to position NGA at the forefront of cybersecurity and transport solutions while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards.
Craft compelling, data-driven white papers, in-depth strategic analyses, and authoritative technical briefs to shape decision-making processes, highlight groundbreaking technologies, and establish thought leadership among internal stakeholders, government partners, and industry experts.
Orchestrate a comprehensive compliance and risk management strategy, balancing stringent adherence to evolving regulations and NGA-specific requirements with the agility and innovation necessary for future growth, adaptation, and mission success.
Function as the linchpin between the program team and CACI senior leadership, facilitating seamless integration of high-level strategic objectives with ground-level operational execution, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks, capitalizing on emerging opportunities, and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders to drive program success and extend its impact
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology leadership, and program management, preferably in the defense, intelligence, or cybersecurity sectors.
Proven track record in developing and implementing complex technical strategies within large-scale programs.
Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity, transport networks, and related technologies, with hands-on experience in the defense and intelligence community.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity frameworks, and telecommunications infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of NGA’
Desired:
A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
