Job Description

Perform basic survey analysis and office work to create proposals, CAD models, and ALTA surveys.

ResponsibilitiesConduct basic survey analysis.Prepare proposals and CAD models.Perform ALTA surveys.Engage in land development and topographic surveys.Essential Skills5+ years of survey experience.Ability to obtain or currently hold a P.S. or P.M. license in Ohio.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Civil 3D.Experience with land surveying, ALTA, and topographic surveys.Knowledge of land development and topography.Work Environment

Office setting with occasional fieldwork. Use of CAD software and Civil 3D is essential. Professional attire required during client meetings and presentations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $42.50
