Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with overall business goals.Supervise the administration of all IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, guaranteeing their reliability, security, and scalability.Manage large-scale IT projects involving architects, developers, and business stakeholders.Oversee the development and maintenance of both web-based (browser), desktop, and mobile applications.Lead and mentor high-performing technology teams (incl. cross-functional), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and stakeholders.Management of the entire P&L (Profit and Loss).The Successful ApplicantDeep technical expertise across a wide range of IT disciplines, including infrastructure, software development, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and data management.Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale IT projects with cross-functional teams.Ability to utilize expertise and experience with MS D365 environment, WMS and POS systems to optimize operational efficiency and streamline business processes.Deep understanding of UX/UI principles.Excellent understanding of cybersecurity measures and best practices.Experience in developing and maintaining web-based, desktop, and mobile applications.Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate efficiently across different organizational levels.Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving strategic objectives through visionary direction and effective decision-making.Upholds a proactive attitude, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.What's on Offer
