Our competitive Assistant Director salaries range from $57, 200- $64,400 per year. Salary is determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Associate's degree requiredBachelor’s degree preferredAt least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required Two to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferredContribute to the creation of a safe, nurturing environment where children foster their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Compensation Range: $51,480 - $57,915The range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
