T his unique internship offers a college student the opportunity to shadow many different disciplines working within The Child Development & Autism Center including neurodevelopmental physicians, nurse practitioners, ABA therapists, psychologists, as well as social workers and care navigators. The intern splits time between shadowing and assisting us with administrative duties such as scheduling for the center and registering patients with the state mandated Autism Registry. Exposure to other developmental programs such as the NICU Follow Up Program, Cardiac High Risk Developmental Program, audiology, PT, OT and Social Skills Groups is included as well.
