Pay rate of $12-$20 per hour Pay rate is based on a combination of the following factors: specific role, candidate’s relevant education, qualifying experience, and credentials/certifications. For example, candidates with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may qualify for a rate toward the top end of this range. Candidates with limited experience and education may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience may be paid towards the lower end of the scale. Requirements + Lead Teacher: Minimum of a CDA required. + Assistant Teacher: High school diploma or equivalent required. + Previous experience working in licensed childcare preferred. + Successful state background checks and health assessments.
