You will be responsible for:
• Recruitment and Selection: Carry out the entire recruitment and selection process, internal or external. Analyze patterns for candidate success, select recruiting sources. Analyze, together with positions and salaries, adequate levels of remuneration for hiring.
• Recommend, develop and implement human resources projects and programs, in its operating unit, in order to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
• Participate in surveys and needs analysis of internal customers, identify resources and apply results to be achieved, according to pre-established guidelines, for the areas of career plan development, training programs, performance evaluation, benefit plan, security of work, quality of life, among others.
• Supporting HR Digital Innovation area: Work with the areas to ensure the deployment of goals.
• Training: prepare manuals and materials for internal training, disseminate courses and lectures, ensure records in accordance with the rules and procedures.
• Being part of the Culture Management team: acting as an agent of culture change, whether supporting corporate programs or local programs. Responsible for implementing engagement survey actions; identify and implement actions aimed at improving people's engagement.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations:
• Complete higher education
• Solid experience in Training, Sence Metodology (mandatory) Recruitment, Culture management and Talent Development.
• English language intermediate level (mandatory)
• Strategic thought
• Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously
• Domain in excel and power point
• Knowledge on the Workday platform is a differential
