Job DescriptionBackground (context, scope & Deliverables ):
China Product Communication team is seeking for an international talent to meet the increasing communication inquiries from BUs to support the new product launch communications, raise disease awareness and enhance Takeda’s leading position in key therapeutic areas.
Key roles & responsibilities of Accelerator:
Develop & implement global/regional product communication plans and prepare the launch communication for future products
Drive and develop signature disease awareness programs to better position Takeda’s leadership in key TA areas, supporting company’s corporate branding and long-term company’s vision
Implement the media engagement of related BU/brand activities, including academic forum, disease day activities, product news report, KOL interviews, NRDL/local breakthrough related news, and other key projects, etc
Support the coordination and communication between China, regional and global comms team, including the adaptation and localization of global comms material, newsletter/internal article/global press release content development, and the global media/social media campaign implementation in China
Leverage the executive interview/speech opportunity, develop in-depth content of industry insight, to enhance Takeda’s thought leadership in related therapeutic areas.
Issue and crisis management to prevent potential impact of product related issues and protect the brand reputation

Expectation on participant expertise/language, etc:
Demonstrated ability to apply general business knowledge and experience in a complex, fast-paced business environment.
In-depth disease/product knowledge in at least one key therapeutical area
Excellent English writing & verbal communication skills; Chinese language skill will be a plus
High level of social competence and excellent networking skills, and have strong relationship building and interpersonal skills;
Ability to interact with senior management and communicate at all levels of the organization。
