China Credit Analyst

PURPOSE:

 

This is for a proper candidate to provide timely and accurate AR accounting, assist financial services needed by China customers, including statement of accounts, Bank Acceptance Draft operation etc., basic order management support and other data analysis and supporting templates requested by regional credit manager.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

Prepare accurate and timely customer statement of accounts (SOA), relevant system reports or tailor-made SOA to China customers for receivable collection reminders Ensure correct accounting for AR relevant financial transactions Steward China robotic automation application (RPA) to ensure correct & timely execution of non-executed cash transactions Independently handle China Bank Acceptance Draft Process A-Z following SOP or bank operational manuals, including bank draft transfer-in and transfer-out, deposit etc Identify payment issues in front-line, stay accountable to follow-up China collection issues and work collaboratively with other regional team members Proactively interface with sales, CSR and other internal counter parties on outstanding billing disputes and provide effective collection resolutions Assist payment behavior watchlist, cashflow forecast, BAD discounting fee calculation and tailor-made reports as required by credit manager Perform daily credit operations in accordance with APAC credit guidelines/procedures Perform basic credit appraisals or financial analysis to new or existing customers. Be able to grow into sophistication Ad-hoc assignments requested by credit manager

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or economics related 2-4 year relevant financial service experiences in MNCs Strong in detail processing and data accuracy Good command of English communication proficiency (CET 6) Good in Excel, Microsoft PBI and major Microsoft apps Handy in SAP or other equivalent ERP experiences as a plus
