ROLE:

 

This role is responsible for supply planning, inventory management and production scheduling of LZA plants, related terminals, third parties, contract manufacturers and warehouses in China.  Core task is to ensure Supply Chain processes meet or exceed targeted levels of customer satisfaction, delivery, quality and cost-to-serve performance.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Lead and provide guidance to LZA China Planning team in terms of team’s performance and career development.

Accountable for China Supply Chain performance KPIs and OPEX.

Continuous improve the effectiveness and cost efficiency of the LZA Supply Chain.

Work effectively with Global Supply Chain in Asia, US and Europe to leverage opportunities and ensure supply reliability.

Develop and maintain key business relationships to help LZ achieve its business growth with possible reduction on cost to serve.

Leader for LZA China S&OE.

Key stakeholder in monthly Asia S&OP meetings.

Partner Business, Technology and Procurement to develop Southeast Asia localization plan.

Provide monthly performance analysis and action plan.

Other regional supply chain projects assigned by line manager.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above

 

Experience:        

 

At least 8 years’ supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as demand & supply planning, production scheduling, inventory control, logistics management, etc

At least 3 years’ experience in leading team.

Experience in Chemical industry or related industry is preferred.

Experience in TQM, Lean Management is added advantage.

Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

Advanced knowledge in SAP planning functions.

Project Management

APICS certification will be a plus.

Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, comfortable in making decisions with ambiguous and complex information

Hands-on, willing to work and meet tight deadliness under pressure

 

      

Language Skill:

            Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
