China Sales Operation in insurance broking

The Role:

In this role, you will be administrating Dynamics 365 (Client Relationship Management, CRM system) and acting as the D365 Champion within WTW China.  You will be monitoring sales pipelines, communicating with diversified business functions, getting insight of sales trend and preparing reports to support senior management in business decision making. Meanwhile, this role will let you connect with regional and global WEDO (WTW Enterprise Delivery Organization) team colleagues that connect WTW to better serve clients and enable growth.  As a member of WEDO, you will have chances to connect colleagues in similar roles to work together, share knowledge and best practices across global/regional, to better collaborate, innovate solutions and deliver services efficiently, and to work innovatively to create efficiencies and uncover new growth opportunities.

The Requirements:

Undergraduate as minimum, overseas working and/or studying experiences preferred Major in Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Statistics or relevant Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (Pivot, Marco, Formula, etc.), PPT Good business sense and analysis skills, and be data sensitive Good English skills, reading, writing, speaking Good interpersonal skills Punctual, reliable, willing to develop career and grow with WTW Team spirit
