Here, you will treat patients of all ages in a one-of-a-kind acute care / skilled nursing setting. The Impact You Can Make As a OT, you will be responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. You will also contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives, to optimize each patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction. Recognized as America’s Best in State Hospital 2024 by Newsweek, we stand as a beacon of excellence in healthcare.   What You’ll Need Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (New Grads Welcome) Current state licensure in OT Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills A results-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills A tech-savvy skillset with the ability to learn quickly. A sense of professional curiosity, with a desire to learn new things, and to find/recommend solutions to problems.
