Are you ready for a challenge that will keep you on the edge in the field of Intelligence? Are you a Multi-Discipline Language Analyst (MDLA, Chinese-Mandarin Linguist) with COMINT experience? Can you extract, analyze, and translate data into finished intelligence products? Imagine yourself working on a strategic national defense mission alongside other seasoned professionals. Parsons is now hiring a Chinese-Mandarin MDLA with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our US Army Pacific (USARPAC) customer.
Specific Responsibilities:
+ Support client requirements as a linguist and an analyst.
+ Conduct time-relevant gists and transcriptions, support QA/QC processes, and work closely with analysts and reporters to support analysis and production
+ Conduct in-depth persona-based analysis to discover, develop, analyze, and report on Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) in support of contingency operations, operational-level planning, and joint or partner organizations throughout INDOPACOM.
+ Manage collection, target knowledge, and analytic databases for future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities, doctrine, and regional security and economic partnerships.
+ Develop and maintain linguist and analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure operational mission compliance.
+ Participate in customer requirements: advise mission development, aid all-source analysis, and attend analytical and operational meetings.
+ Identify and address collection and intelligence gaps by leveraging multi-discipline intelligence and available resources.
+ Prioritize, evaluate, and report information. Require minimal oversight through production cycle by analyzing, translating, authoring and contributing to serialized IC reporting in line with style and usage policies.
+ Note: Shift work may be required
Required Education/Experience:
+ 5+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
+ Minimum 2+/2+ Chinese-Mandarin DLPT score
+ Detailed knowledge of SIGINT collection, analysis, reporting, and linguist policy, tradecraft, and workflow
+ Detailed knowledge of all-source analysis, publicly available information, and open-source networks
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings
+ Valid US Passport
+ Active DoD TS /SCI with CI poly
Preferred Experience:
+ Previous experience supporting an NSA TOPI
+ Experience supporting service component intelligence missions
+ Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and/or operations
+ Knowledge of the following tools: Scout, IDScoreboard, DataXplorer, TargetProfiler, SLATE, ICON/TKB, TCCC/UTT

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
