Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for bootloader/BSP or android framework of internal project development and support external vendor ChromeOS project development.
· Engage with technical leads to understand bootloader firmware, android framework customization scope and work on implementation to meet schedules and milestones.
· Must be well-organized, technically oriented, and a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and coordinate activities with geographically distributed technical teams.
· Explorer new opportunity of Android framework or other software parts to improve ChromeOS products.
Job Requirements:
· Experience in android firmware or bootloader development such as uboot, BSP etc.
· Experience with arm or x86 CPU architectures and associated compilation tools
· Experience with x86 or arm platform bring-up
· Expert in C language
· Working experience of industry standard protocols like I2C, SPI, etc.
· Ability to read platform Hardware and Processor specifications to understand the mainboard porting required.
· X86 bootloader experience is a plus
