Pacific Retirement Services, a leader in the senior living housing industry, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic Community Housing team at Shasta Point Retirement Community in Davis, CA. About You: The ideal candidate will ensure a clean and well-maintained facility by addressing both interior and exterior repair needs, renovating apartments, and promptly responding to work orders. You will support office staff in maintaining positive resident relations and program integrity. Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential. A valid driver’s license and insurability under our corporate insurance are required, along with the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Compensation: $23.50 - $24.00 / hr DOE Housing: 2–bedroom unit provided.
