Analyze underwriting data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and feedback to senior management to inform business strategies and improve underwriting performance. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in underwriting to ensure the HNW team remains competitive and compliant. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., FALU) is a plusMinimum of 10 years of underwriting experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the HNW insurance segment.In-depth understanding of underwriting principles, practices, and complexities specific to high-net-worth clientele.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically assess risks and provide sound recommendations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across various departments and stakeholders.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
