Work with Senior Manager of underwriters responsible for evaluating HNW insurance applications Oversee the underwriting process to ensure policies are issued in compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations Assist with the development and implementation of HNW underwriting guidelines and procedures Review and evaluate or deny underwriting decisions  Provide HNW underwriting advice on complex cases, including research and analysis of HNW and market information Collaborate with other departments, including actuarial, products, sales marketing, and claims team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely policy issuance Analyze underwriting data and provide feedback to management  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in underwriting Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of underwriting experience with at least 2 years in HNW insuranceStrong knowledge of underwriting principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and WordKnowledge of underwriting software and databases preferred
