Chubb Life: Marketing Manager, MCV (Mainland Chinese Visitors)

Chubb Life Hong Kong Insurance is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead our branding and market share expansion in Mainland China, with a special focus on the first-tier and second-tier cities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies in digital channels, managing public relations, and establishing our company as a thought leader in the insurance sector.

Strategic Marketing Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market penetration in Mainland China, particularly in the first-tier and second-tier cities. Identify and analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

Oversee and enhance our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and online campaigns. Leverage popular Chinese digital platforms such as WeChat, XHS, and Douyin for brand promotion and engagement.

Public Relations and Thought Leadership:

Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and corporate communications tailored for the Mainland Chinese market. Position Chubb Life Hong Kong as a thought leader through organizing and participating in conferences, webinars, and industry events.

Event Management and Coordination

Strategize and implement customized marketing campaigns targeting MCV HNWIs and premium clients segments.  Provide support in market research, event planning, and promotional content creation for agent recruitment campaigns.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the Mainland Chinese market, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry but not a must. Deep understanding of the Mainland China market, especially first-tier and second-tier cities. Proficiency in Mandarin and English. Cantonese is an added advantage. Expertise in digital marketing, social media, public relations and event management  within the Mainland Chinese context. Strong adaptation in a diverse team. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
