Chubb Life - Business Development
Coordinate closely with operation team such as Legal, Customer Service, CVM, Claim, Actuary, Marcom, and all other relevant stakeholders in order to launch new partnerships Provide reports for external and internal parties ( production, status, invoicing, etc Create SOP concept on business process Respond to business partner inquiries regarding customer complain and claims Monitor result of UAT and sales production Filing of business documentation such as copy of agreement, SOP, product specifications, etc to make sure all partnerships are well managed Prepare required documentation and properties for Business Presentation Compile meeting summary as basis to set next actions  Develop new business sources to be recommended to the superior  Escalate updates and issues to superior to anticipate and resolve barriers in new partners launch process

Formal Education : 

Bachelor degree from Economic, Business, or Communication  Working Experience        :  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Merchant Acquisition from industry of Insurance, Banking Technical Expertise :  Fluent in English Verbally and Written Excellent Presentation Skill Excellent in managing team and leading projects Skillful in working with Microsoft Office Has strong business acumen and networking Competency Skills :  Professional orientation  Influence Leadership  Execution- oriented with prudence principle  Ownership Integrity  Strategic Focus
