The Opportunity:

As a CACI-SOAS CI/HUMINT Analyst you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas. You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command. You will embed at Vicenza, Italy and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.


Responsibilities:

Analyze CI/HUMINT data relevant to counterterrorism, subversion, sabotage, espionage, paramilitary / insurgency, organized crime, and threats to force protection and personnel and physical infrastructure security.

Operate threat analysis systems and generate reports, studies, and briefings, while updating relevant CI database(s).

Analyze, review, and integrate intelligence data received from various sources, including CI/HUMINT teams, national level HUMINT platforms, LEP screening cell, host nation CI elements, and CID, for potential exploitation.

Utilize multiple intelligence disciplines to support HUMINT reporting.

Conduct technical reviews of Tactical HUMINT Teams (THT) and counterintelligence (CI) team products.

Share information, updates, and maintain files, SOPs, and calendars through the project manager or site lead.

Ensure requests for information, Source Directed Requirements, and HUMINT Collection Requirements are forwarded to appropriate HUMINT collection assets.

Ensure that the HUMINT Collection focus is updated and routed for authorization before publication.

Review collection products to ensure they align with the collection focus.

Perform quality control of CI/HUMINT reports before release.

Assist in the daily handling and dissemination of Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) to the Intelligence Community.

Review IIRs for grammar and proper formatting before forwarding them to specific external offices for review and comments.

Add field comments and update information in the Human Online Tasking and Reporting (HOT-R) system for release.

Maintain the Source Operations Management Module (SOMM) by ensuring all registration requirements and data points are properly noted.

Coordinate applicable actions with the SOMM manager at U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM). Input and monitor data in the Joint Counterintelligence HUMINT Operations Portal.

Act as a subject matter expert on HUMINT/CI related issues.



Qualifications:

Required: 

BS/BA and more than 10 Years experience supporting CI / HUMINT Mission Area

Current TS-SCI Clearance

Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills


Desired:

Recent experience supporting Army Theater Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (ATCICA)

Possess knowledge or have specialized military experience as a HUMINT Collectors/CI Agents (35M, 351M, 35L, 351L, MAGTAF-CI, CISOC, SOC, or DATC)

Candidate will qualify for:

Moving expenses to relocate household from CONUS to Vicenza, Italy

Dependent Education Expenses

Living Quarters Allowance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$65,300 - $137,100
