Position Purpose

To incrementally build capability within teams to improve efficiency using lean methodology on site. Initiating and governing local projects focused on delivering plant improvement through effective change management.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experienceLean Thinking

Desirable Qualifications

-         IOSH Qualification or equivalent

-         Coaching and Mentoring Qualification

-         Project Management qualification

         (6 sigma; Greenbelt)

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience:

-         Working within a manufacturing (or similar) environment

-         Leading teams to deliver change.

-         Coaching and mentoring employees

-         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-         Strong influencing and negotiating skills

-         Strong presentation skills

-         Strong safety mindset
