CIB Innovation - AI Agile Delivery

The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office, is seeking an experienced individual to join its AI Solution Delivery team.  This role will be responsible for AI initiatives by managing all activities in a project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closing. This role will involve managing cross-functional project teams, integrating AI technologies into Agile processes, and continuously improving project delivery.  This is a Hybrid work schedule with some in-office expectation.  Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

Lead the delivery of AI projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goalsCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesMake decisions in end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to endDevelop and implement program and project-level processes, procedures, and performance metricsDemonstrate an understanding of policy, methodology, and artifact creation that influence and lead agile delivery to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with executive leadership, stakeholders, project leads, sponsors, and business partners to clarify and define project requirements


 

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education



Desired Qualifications:

Industry experience in AI/GenAI from idea generation to implementationExperience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutionsStrong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability and partnership building are criticalExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to execute transformation projects and drive initiatives to completion

Charlotte, NC:  $96,600 - $171,800

New York, NY:  $115,900 - $206,100
