Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced relationship support professional to join the Corporate and Investment Banking Financial Institutions Group (CIB FIG). Supported relationships in CIB FIG broadly include asset managers, insurance companies, and market structure businesses. This is a Hybrid work schedule with some in-office expectation. In this role, you will:
Support complex or large portfolio of customers and share leadership role with relationship managersAssist with components of audit or compliance reviews and examsMaintain policy manuals and Business Continuity Plan documentationHandle complex customer issues including escalation and resolutionSolve issues with various operations centers, internal bank departments and outside vendorsIdentify prospective opportunities to market and oversee non credit products to new or existing customersPrepare presentations, materials and serve as a subject matter expert for the departmentProvide new hire and ongoing systems, processes, policies and procedures trainingTrain and mentor less experienced Relationship AssociatesWork with Relationship Managers to structure and execute transactions for the most complex clients, and to manage portfolio with high operating exposuresMake decisions on complex customer issues and problemsPartner with relationship support manager to resolve issues and provide status updates on implementationsCollaborate with executives, management, relationship managers and other internal partners or business linesRequired Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Knowledge of the FIG business segmentsSkilled in customer facing communication in a deadline driven regulatory environmentExperience with Hogan, WCIS (Wholesale Customer Information System), WCAO (Wholesale Customer Account Onboarding), RCS (Risk Control System), and TRE (Transaction Risk Exposure)Knowledge and understanding of global treasury management industry, products, services, operations, and systemsUnderstanding of financial crimes, credit underwriting and customer due diligence processes (AML, KYC, CDD)Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesOutstanding problem solving and decision making skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsJob Expectations:
