About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Transformation Leader to lead and help drive strategic initiatives and programs from strategy development to execution in partnership with leaders and teams within the CIB COO. Wells Fargo has set an ambitious transformational agenda.
This leader will be responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the business that aligns to the immediate and long term goals by assessing current and future state and establishing the action plans to execute.
In this role, you will:

8+ years transformational strategy and planning experience within CIB4+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports, being responsible for staffing, team development, and other management related activitiesExperience leading equivalent large scale transformative efforts at peer institutions and/or as a third party advisorExperience partnering with critical Senior Executive and Business Operations stakeholdersExperience with workforce planning, cost management, and budgetingDemonstrated understanding and use of change management, process improvement, product development and project delivery methodologiesOutstanding problem solving and decision making skillsAbility to develop long-term vision and strategic plans, anticipating future market changes and adapting accordinglyProficiency in using data analytics tools to identify insights and inform decision-makingExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise mannerJob Expectations:
