Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Trading Systems Management, the Senior Analyst, Trading Systems Management will have the responsibility of co-administrating the various Order Management and Trading Management Systems for the different asset classes (ThinkFolio Trade Order Management System, the Currency Target Management System, Bloomberg AIM Trading Order Management & Compliance System, Bloomberg PORT Enterprise and other trading related platforms such as DTCC OMGEO).

How you’ll succeed
The incumbent will serve as an Expert administrator (Subject Matter Expert) of these systems and: Be an important resource on the systems capabilities related questions and other functionality inquiries. This position is critical to the trade order management system and requires pro-activity in both identifying requirements and finding optimal solutions. Act as the central point of communication across the different asset classes on functionalities issues or access rights. Be an important participant in numerous projects/initiatives and provide its knowledge as systems expert. It is expected that the incumbent shows good technical & programming skills that will help in the day to day activities as well as servicing some business partners which have high technical & programming capabilities. The incumbent will also manage the data completeness & consistency by understanding and supporting the validation the daily uploads and communicating with the upstream departments (back-office and the technology groups) to address possible discrepancies and swiftly communicate with the downstream teams (middle and front office) to ensure awareness of any issues before trading activities begin in the system and throughout the day.
Administrator of Trading Systems :Manages the Administrator modules of the trading systems in terms of function, accounts, and broker accesses to ensure a centralized, accurate, and controlled environment. Ensures data completeness & consistency in the trading systems in scope by validating the daily uploads and communicating with the upstream departments (back-office and the technology groups) to address possible discrepancies. Understands a variety of critical data components between trading systems and the initial sources and takes corrective action. Understands and maintains compliance watchlists daily to ensure the business is conform according to regulations. Understands all TSM processes and ensures that procedures are written to cover them. Incumbent understands and ensures data completeness & consistency of other internal systems.
Understand all Trading Systems and support all CAM Trading Systems users:Acts as the central point of contact for Bloomberg AIM and PORT Enterprise. Acts as the central point of contact for the Currency Management systems (ThinkFolio, TMS) on systems related issues. Provides expertise on systems functionalities/capabilities, e.g., the creation of reports, or ways to use the system efficiently. Uses and builds tools to ensure data completeness & consistency in the system using technical & programming skills. Understands and supports all middle and front office users needs for equities, fixed income and derivatives on trading systems functionality issues. Must be proactive in identifying requirements and finding optimal solutions. Incumbent will occasional be asked to perform other tasks to provide exemplary service.
Collaboration with other teams & Projects/Initiatives: Work closely with Technology teams on system updates and ensure the systems are ready to use. Communicates regularly with external vendors like Bloomberg and Thinkfolio for system updates, issues, and new initiatives. Understands and supports the auditors and Business Controls team’s requests to ensure the current processes are conform and follow guidelines. Leads special projects/initiatives that might require reengineering current processes to accommodate additional functionalities to provide extra services to the team.
