Job DescriptionReporting Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $28.56 / Hour + 6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: 12-hour shifts on rotating 2/2/3 schedule
5:00 pm – 5:30 am, Night shift, Full-Time

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Lead safety initiatives to ensure the production of safe and high-quality products and ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety and Food Defense programs Maintain water processing, ROs, GAC beds, distillers, mineral skids, chemical inventories, and filtration systems, schedule and complete PM’s with the team Management of RO units is required Maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and MiBT Bum sanitation requirement compliance and maintain a clean and organized work area Monitor, maintain, train, track, and evaluate CIP programs, zoning, and brush programs Perform maintenance on equipment in water processing, pump and valve rebuilds Participate in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) meetings and lead problem solving teams Develop and maintain a plan for water processing and quality sensitive equipment Be a back-up to QA Technician Manage and batch mineral skids and syrup injection skids for production of beverages and mineral enhanced water Maintenance of all documentation and records relating to RO and Water Processing Functions Manage and perform external sanitation of water processing equipment Manage 5S standards for water processing areas (Line Audits, Duplicates, and Release as necessary Monthly composite sampling of parameters such as conductivity, chloride, pH etc. and maintain batching records to ensure traceability Ensure FIFO product selection for ingredients; maintain ingredient usage and scrap records; and support mineral inventory Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Physical Science or equivalent experience is preferred Technical competency with the ability to perform rebuilds, change outs, and PMs on equipment Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Understanding of quality systems and processes; must be detail oriented and possess a high level of organization Strong analytical skills with ability to make data driven decisions Commitment to safety process– Ability to learn and adapt to changing environment
– Must exhibit strong leadership skills, initiative, and ability to set and achieve goals
– Possess strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
– Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times over a 12-hour shift
