Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a CIPAC - Senior Business Analyst to lead a critical support services program for a federal organization responsible for safeguarding critical infrastructure, enhancing national security, and coordinating efforts to protect against evolving threats. The program will provide high level support to their Council Management subdivision, Office of the Chief of Staff, and International Affairs subdivision with focus on program and project performance analysis, planning, technical subject matter expertise, and development of information products, as well as administrative services, including SharePoint and Office 365 support.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
ResponsibilitiesSupports Council Management Membership Analysis, assisting in report creation, including outlines, templates, and visual aids.
Oversees the tracking, consolidation, and adjudication of comments on CIPAC framework materials, ensuring quality control and technical editing.
Assists in analyzing cross-sector council and working group memberships, and develop tracking tools for monitoring goals and outcomes.
Offers expertise on critical infrastructure and cybersecurity topics in support of CIPAC activities.
Coordinates project milestones and timelines for CIPAC and related councils or working groups.
Offers logistical, research, and writing support for CIPAC and council activities, including meeting preparation and recordkeeping.
Ensures accurate records of council memberships, meeting documentation, and participation tracking.
Assists with implementing and tracking compliance with CIPAC Charter requirements.
Creates reports, fact sheets, and outreach materials for stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Helps develop and review training materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
QualificationsClearance Required: DHS Fitness Determination (Public Trust)
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree in a business-related field.
10+ years of experience with a contract of similar scope and value.Required Skills:
Experience with detailed research and analysis for reports and assessments.
Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and deliverables.
Expertise in drafting and editing clear, accurate documents.
Ability to ensure quality control and accuracy in all materials.
Effective written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
