Job Purpose and Summary

Supply chain cooridnator will be responsible for processing day to day orders and ensuring timely delivery of orders as per SLA’s in an efficient manner.

Order processing, confirmations, invoices, packing lists and all other related documents to clients which are in accordance with compliance and as required for outbound deliveries.Respond to customer order enquires with timely and accurate information.Monitor the delivery of emergency orders to assigned customer.Problem resolution such as product shortage and damage related claims handling.Provide administrative and office support for orders to sales team.Maintain delivery records and internal reporting as maybe required.Product management (expiry, returns, damage) on monthly basisProject logistics- Take the lead in project logistics to support the project team with planning, delivery and follow ups

What we ask

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics1 - 2 years of relevant work experienceExcellent command of English communication skill both verbal and writtenArabic knowledge would be an added advantageDemonstrate strong analytical and interpretation skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of order processing and logistics management and transporting practices in the regionDemonstrable ability to work on own initiative, to strict deadlines and the ability to prioritize a heavy workload efficientlyFlexibility to deal with changing requirementsAbility to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
