Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned affordable housing community Supervise property staff as assigned Maintain Resident rent collections and ledgers Liaison with the CIRC team to ensure and sustain financial viability of property Ensure all Residents remain in compliance with the LIHTC program requirements Provide Residents and vendors with excellent customer service Perform other duties as assignedWhat you need to succeed:
Ability to speak and/or read Somali a plus! High School graduate or equivalent At least 18 years of age A minimum of three years prior property management experience A minimum of one year prior tax credit, HUD, USDA or Section 8 experience Familiarity and ability to comply with all State, City, County and Federal residential/landlord regulations including the Fair Housing Act. Experience with property management software platforms (MRI, Yardi, RealPage), as well as O365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong verbal and written communication skills, including high resident and employee satisfaction Maintain flexibility with schedule and have ability to be “on-call” for community emergencies Must have valid driver license
