You will be a Circuit Card Designer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), joining one of the largest networks of professionals. Our team is a recognized designer, developer, and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries, and we're looking for a talented and creative circuit card designer to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Circuit Card Designer, you will be responsible for developing a sensor interface and power circuit card assembly (CCA) as part of a rapid development and demonstration program. You will be working closely with the tactical All-Up-Round (AUR) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to generate electrical architecture, power estimate/analysis, subsystem component selection, and integration support. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing a sensor interface and power CCA
• Analyzing technical problems of varying complexity to support the project's milestones
• Generating electrical architecture, power estimate/analysis, and subsystem component selection
• Providing integration support to ensure successful testing and characterization
• Working closely with the IPT Lead to ensure successful project execution

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have a Secret clearance with investigation or CV date within 5 years.
Basic Qualifications:
- Power electronic design experience
- Experience in circuit card designs for analog and power circuits and components
- Proficient in Siemens Xpedition schematic tool
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills.
Desired Skills:
- Proficient in the Missile Signal, power, and grounding (SPG), chassis grounding, missile architecture, integration.
- Candidate should be able to work with a diverse team of internal organizations, managing supplier inputs, and developing internal documentation.
- This effort requires ability to perform design trade studies evaluating cost, weight, packaging, power benefits.
- This effort will be fast-paced and will utilized a tailored design development process to support a quick-turn missile demo.
- Familiarity with CAMEO would be a plus.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
