Circuits Coordinator

Responsibilities Support network and telecom circuits program including governance, delivery, and cost savings. Collaborate with multiple partners in the organization and third party vendors to drive cost savings.

Project Coordination

Assist a program manager with various tasks managing their portfolio, including stakeholder communication, documentation management, backlog tracking, and administrative support. Ensure resources and organization structure are in place and operating effectively; and anticipate conflicting needs and proactively resolve them.Coordinating the update of milestones in the project management tool.Following up on project quality measures and artifacts.Coordinating minor projects.Exercise judgment and influence on key decisions, standards, policies, and solutions.

 

Data Analysis and Reporting

Report design, build, and validation of telecommunication billing data. Report design, build, and validation of ServiceNow data. Able to export and reformat data for importing into consumable and understandable format from various data sources and systems.  Proven ability to present data while maintaining clarity and relevance.Partner with defined data SME’s to collaborate toward report goals and deliverables.Able to analyze and comprehend data/structures and intended use of each element represented.Must be able to present and explain data to a diverse audience and adjust outputs according to input from stakeholders.

Business Analysis

Manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated experience navigating a large organization; ability to influence with storytelling and data.Facilitates resolution of issues through creative solutioning, open exchange of information and viewpoints and influence; uses negotiation skills when appropriate.Listens carefully to understand various points of view and conveys understanding of the comments and questions of others .Writes clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles while tailoring the messaging based on audience.Builds trust and respect with key stakeholders and gains support for change.Demonstrates proactive behaviors and self-management techniques, including but not limited to, working efficiently, demonstrating adaptability and setting goals.Brings appropriate individuals together to accomplish business objectives; facilitate access to critical competencies; knows who to call/involve.

 

Work Experience:

2 years of experience preferred, with 5 years of experience strongly preferred.Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time.
Requirements

Education:

 

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
