Meet the TeamYou will work with the Americas Networking Organization as a Solutions Engineer, covering the Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay combined territory (APU).
Your ImpactYou will form relationships with our customer’s key decision- makers, showcase Cisco Networking products and solutions with a focus on Secure networking including Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Automation. As part of the interactions with end customers and partners, you will lead RFP response(s), set up demonstrations, drive proof of values, explain features and benefits to customers, and design and configure products to meet specific customer requirements.
Driving demand generation activitiesEnable technology capabilities internally with Portfolio Account Teams and externally with our partners Performing product demo and Proof of Concept (PoC) labsAligning cross-functionally to various business entities and teams across the company Partner with Account Executives to drive business and growth opportunitiesMinimum Qualifications5+ years of proven experience sizing and designing Routing and SD-WAN overlay, Wireless and Switching deployments both On-Prem and Cloud Based. Extensive skills and knowledge in networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, LISP) network segmentation technologies (VRF, MPLS, ZeroTrust, SDA, 802.1x, Adaptive Policy), and network management.Pre-sales experience Understanding of competitive networking products such as HPE/Aruba, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet Ability to run multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Critical thinking to address customer concerns and to support customer business growthCustomer-focused attitude BS in Engineering (Computer systems, Electronics, Telecommunications or related)Cisco and non-Cisco Certifications.
