Experis, part of ManpowerGroup is seeking a Cisco TV Engagement Manager to join our team. As a Cisco TV Engagement Manager, you will be part of the service delivery team supporting Cisco TV operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent team management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Cisco TV Engagement Manager
**Location: San Jose, California (hybrid)**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage the delivery of services to ensure adherence to contract scope and expectations.
+ Act as the primary representative to the client for all contracted services.
+ Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with team performance.
+ Oversee team members, including performance evaluations and morale initiatives.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate Degree or equivalent experience in video production or management.
+ Minimum of 2 years in a management position with a focus on people management.
+ Experience with video production methodologies and resource management.
+ Proven ability to communicate effectively with remote clients and stakeholders.
+ Direct responsibility for writing and delivering performance appraisals.
