A week in the life of a Unified Communications Administrator II: 

Resolve Unified Communications user incidents and requests, to include operational voice and video challenges. Resolve issues with vendor-specific multi-level video teleconferencing systems. Manage UC endpoints. Complete moves/adds/changes according to the specified SLAs. Provide weekly report activities to the manager. Assist with the installation of local and/or remote data and voice communications equipment. Create and maintain appropriate documentation, including operational instructions. Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations. Actively involved in hardware refreshes. Maintains security policies on UCS systems
