Citi Merchant Offers Program- Marketing Execution Lead - (C13/VP)
**As Marketing PM and Execution lead on Citi Merchant Offers** , you will partner with the Citi merchant Offers strategy lead and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to coordinate the end-to-end implementation of campaigns. You will also own the requirements, timelines, deliverables, approvals, issue management, and control systems for campaigns. An ideal candidate for this role would be able to partner cross functionally with marketing strategy, business/product managers, analytics, and the channel execution teams to pull all the pieces together—E.g., understand the program (from product to marketing tactics), develop marketing strategy and execute upon it. Someone with an understanding of a large matrixed organization and preferably Citi, itself, would be ideal. **Core Responsibilities** Serving as the Execution Lead for Merchant Offers, the following responsibilities are key to the role: + Work with marketing, product and digital teams to understand base capabilities of Merchant Offer Program; work with Marketing team to understand marketing strategy, tech enablers and requirements + To enable marketing strategies- new capabilities are needed requiring a data integration and tech execution roadmap. Drive capabilities roadmap, scoping requirements and critical steps/timing. Partner with internal data, tech, Movable Ink, and Mastercard to drive roadmap. + Initiate campaign kick-offs with Marketing team to align on all channel and creative strategies with enough lead time for planning and prioritization submission—from there, manage campaign milestones and processes alongside digital strategy, email strategy, creative strategy and channel/execution team and scrum + Responsible for all campaign request submission into Prioritization process + Responsible for estimate / invoice tracking and budget reconciliation + Act as a “maker” (documentation) on requirement documents (i.e. Campaign request forms, MCRA submission and approvals), control (i.e. Aprimo), and governance tasks (i.e. procedures manuals, MCRA updates) + Partner with Merchant Offer campaign strategy lead, USCA and channel execution teams on implementation of plans, including deployments, test strategies, data requirements, UAT/QA processes, etc, + Support marketing team with presentation decks, as well as maintain organization of campaign assets, and iterations. Consolidate Marketing creative and results into program summaries. + Track campaign execution progress across all channels (digital placements, email, print/statements, ATM, etc) + Track marketing KPIs, own results reporting sharing test outcomes and actionable insights with campaign strategy lead + Coordinate with Product, USCA and Mastercard on strategic business needs + Working across multi-functional teams, such as: + Product and Marketing Strategy team + Digital Channel team and Operations + Creative agencies (internal and external) + Channel Execution teams + Marketing Information Management + Marketing Analytics **Qualifications** + Proven track record in direct or digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required + Experience with marketing project and program management especially with multi-channel, multi-contact strategies + Bachelor’s degree required + Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization + High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines + Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities + Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation + Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Marketing ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Marketing Program Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Wilmington Delaware United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $114,720.00 - $172,080.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
