Systems Engineer Advisor

Our work depends on Systems Engineer Advisor joining our team to provide services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will support the design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to employ specified Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), and Deployed Forces (DF) portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN).  

We are looking to hire full-time Federated Lab Systems Engineer Advisor to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ to provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to Fed Lab access environment.

HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Provide support to the design, development, engineering, integration, technical and operational support to employ specified Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), and Deployed Forces (DF) portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN).Provide recommendations for remote access system planning, design, development, engineering, and integration sfor how to test and evaluate of various NETCOM applications within the Federaupport for the NETCOM Federated Lab environment. Provide recommendations ted Lab environment and implement the Government selected option.Manage and maintain all aspects of the Federated Lab remote access technologies such as Citrix CVAD service, StoreFront, NetScaler, Federated Authentication Service, Certificate Authority, Director, Workspace Environment Management service, Citrix App Layering, Provisioning, Windows/Citrix Profile Management, Windows Server OS, PowerShell, Active Directory, and Group Policies.Troubleshoot IT system issues and work in a team-based environment is key to coordinate, review and maintain system documentation guidance on use of IT lab capabilities to all levels of administrators. Also to maintain compliance to the NETCOM Information Assurance Vulnerability Management policies and procedures for the managed assets within the Federated Lab.Provide configuration management, software updates, application security, and troubleshooting support for the NETCOM remote Administrator access for the Federated Lab via a Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktops (CVAD) services. Maintain access to the Lab to NETCOM users in support of the Army worldwide.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: AA/AS, BA/BS or equivalent experience
● Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: DoD 8570.1-M certification: IAT Level III Certification,  Computing Environment Certification Citrix Certified Associate - App Delivery and Security (CCA-AppDS) or higher.
● Security Clearance Level: Secret
● Required Skills and Abilities: Oral/written communication to be able to describe issues, troubleshooting actions, and solutions to the Government. Experience working with CITRIX environment systems.
● Preferred Skills: Experience working with CITRIX environment systems.
● Location: Customer Site some telework as customer required.

The likely salary range for this position is $106,371 - $123,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
