Job Overview Bee Sweet is looking for a detail-oriented, hands on, and reliable individual to join our farming team. This position reports to the Director of Farming Operations and is responsible to oversee the FLC’s. Duties / Responsibilities + Responsible for the proper forming and maintenance of citrus trees by developing, innovating techniques and implementing regional seasonal programs + Manage FLC crews and their billing + Lead groups of farm workers, and provide guidance on the execution of pruning programs, as well as understanding the cost structure of all related practices + Knowledge and experience with power hand tools such as chainsaws, power trimmers and hand pruners + Create and maintain ranch budgets Experience + Must be fluent in English and Spanish + Valid California driver’s license; must maintain clean DMV record + 5 years of agriculture experience Pay Offered / Benefits + $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary + Paid time off and sick leave + Industry-leading health insurance and health wellness program that covers regular doctor visits, eye exams, etc. with only a minor copay + 401(k) retirement with guaranteed matching contributions Powered by JazzHR
