City Hotel General Manager
Staff Connection is urgently looking for a Hotel General Manager with pre-opening experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and profitability. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial and operational objectives Manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor hotel performance and financial results, making adjustments as needed Oversee sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other key partners Must haves: Local SA Citizen Diploma in Hospitality Min 8yrs experience as a HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER within a city hotel environment Must have pre-opening experience Strong financial acumen Health & safety compliant HR management  Guest management If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of success in hotel management, we would love to hear from you!
