City Manager
The City Manager oversees the processes and activities of multiple Operations Managers and supports the General Manager in managing the airport location within the Operations Division to drive optimal performance through exceptional operational leadership, effective communication, and operational efficiency. This role holds primary responsibility for aiding the General Manager in the successful delivery and management of products and services for both internal and external customers. Additionally, the City Manager provides overarching leadership to both exempt and non-exempt employees, with accountability for operational performance, customer satisfaction, a positive employee culture, safety, service quality, budget management, and vendor relationships.
