We’re just built to be better. We are a great company. We are seeking a **Civil 3D Designer (LS CADD Technician)** to join our Indianapolis, IN team! Come join us! **Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Create detailed grading plans using Civil 3D grading tools, feature lines, corridors for a variety of earth work projects + Develop construction plans, schematics, and volumes for a variety of projects + Assist in the development of Civil 3D workflows, Create/uphold CAD Standards + Work with team members to help troubleshoot/solve potential problems that occur within the scope of work + Must be willing to learn new methods and skills to hone their professional development within the Civil 3D platform + Ability to multi-task with several projects simultaneously, manage time, and dedicated to completing projects with tight deadlines **Minimum Requirements:** + High School Degree or GED + 3+ years of experience using Autodesk Civil 3D + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including SharePoint) + Working Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro + Working Knowledge of Blue Beam is a plus **Technical Requirements:** + Technical degree or certification within Autodesk Civil 3D preferred + Experience working with Project Managers remotely for design figures, models, and creating sheets for construction sets + Advanced - Expert skill level of Civil 3D Surfaces, Grading Tools, Corridors, XML Files, Civil 3D Styles, Volumes, and data shortcuts + Working knowledge of sheet set manager is a plus + Provide input to Project Managers for design concepts and help trouble shoot problems when they arise **Other Miscellaneous Qualities:** + Candidate will be self-motivated, show strong initiative, and have the ability to learn quickly, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, dependable, works well in a team setting and/or independently, accurate while working in a fast-paced environment, flexible to changes in the organizational environment + Candidate will work with verbal and written directions, including emailed instructions **Benefits:** Atlas offers a comprehensive benefit program to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
