Our client, a General Contractor, is distinguished by their technical expertise, ability to manage complex projects, and commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. With their multidisciplinary teams, they can meet the specific needs of their clients while adhering to deadlines and budgets. We are seeking a Civil Assistant Project Manager for the Quebec region.

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Civil Assistant Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

Work closely with the Project Manager Assist in coordination with foremen Prepare subcontracting contracts and purchase orders Coordinate subcontractors to avoid overlaps upon their arrival on site Perform progress billing Participate in the establishment and monitoring of the site's operational budget Participate in the development and tracking of project schedules Follow up on directives and change requests Ensure the follow-up and submission of RFIs and shop drawings Approve invoices

Skills and qualifications :

Technical diploma/Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent experience 0 to 3 years of experience in project management (civil construction or building) Excellent command of French (spoken and written) Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (an asset)
