DESCRIPTION

Michael Baker is actively seeking a Civil Associate II who will be involved in multiple disciplines; Specializing in Traffic but teaming with Roadway, Structures, Airport, and Environmental to deliver projects of every size. Our Traffic Engineers develop ITS and signal designs, signing and pavement marking plans, traffic impact studies, concept layouts, roundabout designs, and lighting plans.  Specific duties will include:

Preparing design plans, construction documents, specifications, and construction estimates Preparing traffic engineering reports and analysis. Representing Michael Baker at technical meetings with agency staff, clients, and contractors.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2-4 years of Traffic/ITS design experience GDOT experience is preferred but not required Naturally, you’ll need computer skills (Microsoft Office), experience in traffic engineering software such as HCS, Synchro, and CADD experience such as Microstation

COMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position is $64,844- $93,051.  This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.  Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
