Job Title: Civil Design EngineerJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Design Engineer with a strong background in storm water management and site design. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Civil 3D AutoCAD and 8-10 years of engineering design experience, with a focus on storm water management, green infrastructure, and grading for both commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities + Design and manage storm water management systems. + Conduct site design using Civil 3D AutoCAD. + Develop grading plans for commercial and residential projects. + Design and obtain approvals for septic systems and subdivisions. + Implement sediment control measures. + Ensure compliance with DEP regulations related to soil erosion. + Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Essential Skills + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. + Expertise in storm water management and grading. + Strong project management skills. + Professional Engineering (P.E.) License. + Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field. + 8-10 years of engineering design experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with green infrastructure. + Knowledge of septic design and subdivision approval processes. + Familiarity with DEP regulations and soil erosion control. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Work Environment The work environment offers a flexible work schedule with 8-hour shifts, paid personal days, and sick time.
